Brexit transition: new rules for 2021

 

On 29th December 2020, the UK government published Guidance about Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

 

This guide is for businesses placing PPE on the market in Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) and it seeks to provide practical advice with respect to the Regulation as it will apply in Great Britain from 1 January 2021.

California Proposition 65 Settlement

As a result of several 60-day notices related to the Chromium VI's content in leather gloves, a settlement and a consent judgement were issued which require that this type of products have a warning label on the covered leather gloves that contain Chromium VI.
